Adding a filter means the IO will only pass only some messages and restrict the passing of others from incoming midi or it also means the IO will be able to send the system messages like stop by itself ?

It you’ll be really nice if you can implement the system real time messages. And would be super awesome if the IO had the option to send more than one message per press like the Disaster area midi baby 1 and 3, the DoReMidi mc-20, the AirStep, the hotone Ampero midi control. I just upgraded and tested it, it works very well now. The four messages are sent with one switch press. Just something I was not aware is that transformers work globally, I thought each switch could have their own transformers. Or I am missing something? is there a way to have trasformers for each ...
