Re: On Trigger

I did those excitements before I made my platform. I just used a small piece of plywood and some accoustic foam. I wasn't about to build a platform unless I was sure it was going to work. I will seriously consider this affordable solution and I will take the opportunity to ask you if you prefer tha...

Re: On Trigger

A few more notes this. I did my research. I live in a 3 story concrete structure. I left my phone recording on the first floor and then went up to my studio on the 3rd floor. I placed my 'silent kit pedal' (KT10) on the bare concrete and hit it a few times. Then I placed some soft mats under it and...

Re: On Trigger

Your anti vibration platform is rigid and is suspended on foam? The whole thing vibrates when you play on it? It feels like playing on a stage? If you answered no to any of those questions then it's not preventing your drums from coupling with the structure of your apartment. indeed, I have to face...

Re: On Trigger

The noise in your apartment, or the noise your neighbors hear. The only way to reduce transmission to the floor and other apartments is to build an isolation platform as I described. It's a matter of physics. You need to have a large rigid mass (thick plywood) suspended on soft foam. The rigid plyw...

Re: On Trigger

So I'll assume that the lower velocity hits are the result of you lifting your foot off the pedal. Unfortunately, eDRUMin does not allow setting the thresh high enough to filter out those vibrations. I don't fault eDRUMin here; clearly there is a mechanical issue with the installation or the design...

Put the decay close to its max value so it's not retrigger and do another screenshot.
I reset the input, the gain is at 5, I changed to rubber pad and increase the decay to the maximum

Re: On Trigger

couple of extra things The pad type is set to "mesh center piezo" Change to something more like "rubber pad mono" or something similar, that should be closer to the real thing. Myself, I thought it was a bunch of hits, the top ones being the real hits, and the lower ones being t...
