Hello Is it possible to turn of the "note off" midi messages when I hit my pads? I also control the opacity of my visuals with the velocity but the "note off" screws things up because its seen as a low velocity and turns my opacity down. (I play drums and visuals at the same time...

Issue is still in firmware 2.3.1.16 (hit note c-2 doesn't send off note, all others notes do)
Spend an hour recabling, checking, switching pads, updating,...
Glad I found this post so I can stop troubleshooting
Not a biggie, just a note.

Is it safe to power the Edrumin8 with a normal 5V usb adapter and only use the midi out?
I don't want to use the computer live.
