Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.1 BETA
I will test ASAP Update: Bell and Edge perform flawlessly. No odd choking behavior at all. Both of my CY16RTs still trigger an edge articulation with very high velocity (more velocity than previous) but this behavior has always been there on these cymbals and is not a problem for me and my style. If...

Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.1 BETA
All I know for sure is the HiHat algorithm is banging for my setup and I'd rather run old firmware on an ed4 to get the 2 cy16rts to act right than sacrifice the new hat tweaks. I may do some more experimenting. I have had some issues with lemon cymbals and installed "padding" on the input...

Re: 2nd Hi Hat Controller Pedal Input - Uses?
Using midi, the note triggered is either an instrument in the vst or a sample loop on a sample pad, velocity equates to volume. I have loops in a sample pad, the corresponding midi note will trigger a loop. The same can be done with a daw. Velocity to the sample pad will also dictate how loud the lo...

Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.1 BETA
My 14 is a CY14RT so it has two cable inputs, it works fine. One of my 16s works okay too. I'm convinced that the offensive cymbal is an outlier. The cymbal is about 2 years old. The good one the issue occurs one in a hundred bell strikes. The bad one is about half of all bell strikes. I should also...

Re: 2nd Hi Hat Controller Pedal Input - Uses?
I use mine for velocity sensitive note triggering. Trigger samples or loops of all kinds.

Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.1 BETA
Seems to be, ill downgrade and re-check
Update...
28 does not have this behavior, I sent an email with a video link.
If this is only happening to me I would not stress over it.

Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.1 BETA
I'm now getting the auto choking on the bell not the edge with 29 on the CY16RTs. Much worse on one than the other, the same cymbal that's been more fineky all along.

Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.1 BETA
I've been trying 28 for a little while, haven't noticed any issues under normal playing situations. 14 inch ATV is still a little odd on rare occasion (same as previous) but I'm convinced it's a physical issue with that particular cymbal itself. Auto choke hasn't returned on the CY16RTs.

Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.1 BETA
I think, after playing with 27 for a few more days there is no issue during normal playing conditions. If I'm spam choking or holding the choke and striking repeatedly it occasionally does something weird but only on the ATV 14 inch (heavily worn) non-issue on the previously guilty CY16RTs. Also I'v...
