Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.2 BETA now available
Rob -- Not sure this is related to the beta version or just a general bug, but I've had a couple instances where one of my cymbal triggers will lose connection to the edrumin 10 device. (I thought it was a bad cable.) At first I unplugged and plugged the jack into the device and found it again. The ...

Re: Jobeky 20" three zone ride -- reverse inputs and edge sensing
Worked like a charm, Rob! I only had to set the time to 3 seconds for the choke to work in Ableton. Thank you very much. I hope others find this useful, too. I'll spread the word on the edrums subreddit.

Multiple ekits and presets/drum maps
I have two ekits that have different pads but shared cymbals. One's my custom kit that I use for practice at home and gigs. The other is a spare set of Roland pads that I use for rehearsals at another location. My question: Will I need to create individual presets for each drum and load them when I ...

Re: Jobeky 20" three zone ride -- reverse inputs and edge sensing
I changed it to the max 8 secs, and choke worked in Ableton. I didn't experiment with other values. I think it'll be a cool enhancement and help others. Thanks for thinking about it.

Re: Jobeky 20" three zone ride -- reverse inputs and edge sensing
Thanks for the reply, Rob, and I hope you heal quickly and well. Gate time is a standard setting on many Roland modules, and I've never had it interfere with playing, probably because the sample doesn't repeat, it just doesn't send the off event immediately. I assumed that if there was another event...

Re: Jobeky 20" three zone ride -- reverse inputs and edge sensing
I'm back, having purchased and configured two eDrumin 10s. Wonderful improvements over the last two years, Rob. I'm loving the hi hat articulations, especially partial openings, that I couldn't get with the Roland TD-30. It took a little, but I figured out the three zone Lemon ride, too, having give...

Re: Jobeky 20" three zone ride -- reverse inputs and edge sensing
Rob -- I owe you an apology. Two years ago, I never thought you would create another setting for 3 zone metal cymbals, and I gave up because I was gigging and needed a solid solution. So I sold my three eDrumin 4 modules and bought a TD-30 at no small expense. I also was nervous about my laptop goin...

Three Edrumin 4s including power supplies for sale in U.S.
I absolutely love these and the software, and Rob was great about helping me try to overcome an incompatibility with Jobeky cymbals, but I've switched setups and am selling my eDrumin 4s. The problem was Jobeky, not Audiofront. The signal impedences just weren't optimized, and I didn't want to dork ...
