Should not be a problem. Center triggers, side mounted triggers, they are just some foam and a piezo. Whatever brand they are.

I have Jobeky centre trigger on my Snare, the side triggers on Toms and the rail-mount trigger on the BD. All behaved very well in a TD-20 and I have no fear whatsoever about how they will work in the EDrumin software. The parameter tweaking looks fantastic and can't wait to get stuck in configurin...
