I might be doing something wrong, but if without "send to self" enabled I wasn't getting the ED4 midi out the ED10 midi (ED4 midi out -> ED10 midi in -> ED10 midi out)

Re: eDRUMin 1.6.1 BETA
I just tested with an ED4 connected to the ED10 and there are no crashes. Will test with two devices connected to a hub later. I am pretty sure that didn't make a difference for me, meaning I vaguely remember having my first crash when the ED4 was connected to the ED10, so I tried moving both to th...

Re: eDRUMin 1.6.1 BETA
are there known issues with the iOS app and ED10 + ED4? I have both connected to a powered USB hub, which in turn I connect to the ipad via the USB kit. If only one of them is connected, everything is fine, if both are connected the edrumin iOS app crashes immediately (at least it crashes immediatel...

Re: unfortunately not as happy as I was hoping
I moved so I had to unfortunately put my vdrums in storage for a while, I unpacked them and set them back up and I think my issue with SD2 and the HH was due to the VH-11 internal potentiometer getting old / having issues and sending spurious values: when recalibrating the vh-11 I started noticing t...

Re: macOS Big Sur compatibility
thanks for confirming, pity but I guess that's the way it goes with 3rd party libraries... I guess I'll have to edit on the ipad and connect via midi to the computer to be able to edit while playing.

Re: macOS Big Sur compatibility
is there a minimum version for the OS/X application? It installed fine on 10.8.5 but when I open it it's just a white blank screen

Re: HH drop clutch simulation
Just assign a fixed HH position midi note to a second bank. Then, it bypasses the CC messages. In any way, once you activate the drop clutch, you don't use the HH pedal anymore, but are on the second kick drum pedal, right? correct, this means though that, unlike a drop clutch, you also have to rem...

Re: HH drop clutch simulation
not sure if that would work for the HH though, given that the HH open/close CC would likely still be sent even switching banks... I think the only way for this to work is for the module to support it by sending a customizable CC value when activated by the footswitch (and obv go back to normal as so...

HH drop clutch simulation
Would it be possible to have a "simulate drop clutch" feature with the module? Say being able to link a footswitch/sustain switch to the HH pedal, so that when the footswitch is pressed the HH pedal will be "locked" to a configurable value, and when the HH pedal is pressed again ...

Re: unfortunately not as happy as I was hoping
The HiHat open/close transition with superior drummer has some flaws here and there. Sometimes I get open sounds even if the pedal is pressed I have had this happen also with my VH-11, but mostly only if I have the "advanced" HH options ticked (I think primarily the cc only when hit one b...
