Hello!
I was curious if anyone has used the software with a multipad to improve triggering?
I have a Kat Multipad and the triggering has extremely limited settings, basically only gain.
Can I hook up the midi and run it into DSP Trigger to have a few more options for settings?
Thanks!

Piano Sustain Pedal As Bassdrum
Hey Everyone! So I just moved and all my gear is packed up and I was asked to record drums for something. I have easy access to a Kat Multi Pad I picked up a few months ago and thought I could use the midi out from the pad to lay down a simple part in SD3. With that in mind, I don't have access to m...

Re: Best mesh heads
I've been using the 682Drums heads for a while now and I love them.
They are 3 ply and well built and they are much much more reasonable price wise. I've been beating them the heck out of them and had no issues.

Re: Audio Front Wireless Triggers
I even wondered if Rob would do a Kickstarter or something to find it? I'm just shooting random thoughts out lol The technology exists to accomplish it I just don't unless how hard it would be to get functioning. If I was DW or Roland I'd be selling a wireless triggers system set. They'd make a fort...

Re: Audio Front Wireless Triggers
The issue with Bluetooth is not the amount of data, but the latency. It's great for sending music around, where you don't notice the latency, but not for playing drums in real time. Ya that's fair. I used Bluetooth as an example but it would probably be another technology. That being said it would ...

Re: Audio Front Wireless Triggers
You and the whole world would jump on this if available (**And cheap**). DW has the DWe set which is electronic and wireless, but AFAIK it isn't BT tech, it is more Zigbee wireless tech? I may be wrong, either way, those sets ate upwards of $10k. And Roland owns DW now, which means like mesh heads ...

Audio Front Wireless Triggers
So this question comes from a place of absolutely zero knowledge and modern day electronic privilege. Is making triggers wireless that complicated? From my stand point its only kbs of information and Bluetooth 5 can do 2mbps as an example. Could a transmitter be out on the end of a 1/4 jack and a ha...

Roland PDA120LS, Alesis Strike Pro, or Prewired trigger
So I'm a little sick of trying to get my homemade electronic snare to work. I don't have much time in my day to play and spending it trying to tweak a drum is not worth my time or effort. I built a centre bar and mounted a side trigger to the centre and I keep having issues. I'm at the point where I...
