Re: eDRUMin version 2 BETA
Hm, the manual says "When you attach a footswitch or sustain pedal, it is automatically setup to perform Bank Changes for the selected input (the the pad that was last hit) . Press the pedal quickly to select the next bank. Do a long press to select the previous bank. [...] The lowest value is...

Re: eDRUMin version 2 Alpha
- lastly, I can’t see the purpose for note banks and kit pieces. It may make sense but I didn’t see anything in the manual excerpt on this post explaining what note banks do for kit pieces. I accidentally manually changed a note bank for the HH pedal, and I noticed the the TD-17 was no longer recei...

Re: Shipping to Italy
Hence the question: which shipping method is in fact "priority"? I live an hour south of Cleveland, OH, USA. I ordered an E10 on August 30th via FedEx. The box was dropped off at my front door on September 2nd. (!!!) I can't image higher priority. Tiawan is halfway around the world from w...

Re: eDRUMin 1.5 BETA now available
As I said, Toontrack's strongest point is also their biggest weakness. Their pristinely recorded drumkits sound awesome in their original environments, but you cannot combine elements from different SDXs. It just sounds terrible when the ambiences don't match, and even using totally dry samples sou...

Re: Transforming my acoustic kit into electronic using edrumin 10
I've even thinking that I might track to "hack" the side trigger and convert it into a center piezo trigger. javiercarrillo, you will certainly learn a lot about triggering technology if you do. Much has been written on DIY edrum forums on how to accomplish what you want. The learning jou...

Re: Transforming my acoustic kit into electronic using edrumin 10
Answering myself, apparently side-triggers "might" be able to offer positional sensing... in some special conditions, like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rB1VslJnXjE This is a "Rob question" as he has clearly figured out the math for positional sensing and hotspot sup...

Re: Transforming my acoustic kit into electronic using edrumin 10
I use Red Shot on my toms and like them. See a review here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ta4qSSjBLg I can confirm that edumin works very will with Red Shots and Roland RT-30H, RT-30HR, and RT-30K. The Rolands are build like a tank and will hold up better. Even though I own the Rolands they do no...

Re: Transforming my acoustic kit into electronic using edrumin 10
I bought a set of Ludwig Breakbeats for the purpose of A2E. After messing with A2E for over a decade I am convinced that smaller diameter heads trigger more accurately. I have been pleased so far. I use Remo Silent Stroke heads (10", 13", 14",16") with DDRUM Red Shot triggers on ...

Re: Do you use all 3 zones of a crash cymbal or just one ? Mute Cymbal?
I have the Yamaha PCY155 too Havent looked at the bell sense settings but I seem to get all 3 zones ok You wouldn't need bell sense settings with thee Yamahas as eDRUMin implements them the same way a Yamaha module would. (i.e., one cable and three zones). The Roland ride bell responsiveness is not...
