Re: Input 1 not holding it's settings
Thank you for looking into this... I don't think the cable or the pad can be blamed. I currently have 3 working CY13R's. They work on input 2-4. If I take the working cymbal and put it on input 1 with the same cable I get the exclamation mark. Based on what you're saying, it sounds like it's switchi...

Re: Input 1 not holding it's settings
I don't know if this helps, but I was just able to get the exclamation mark to appear on input 2: Here how I did it: 1. unplug everything. 2. Plugin input 1 with a Roland PDX-8 for the first time 3. Set to Mesh Center Piezo 4. Plugin 2nd input with CY13R. When I plugin the 2nd input using a CY13R th...

Re: Input 1 not holding it's settings
I reread your original post and it seems like there may be a bug. Let me do some testing. So I just did some more testing... I unplugged everything and did a factory reset. The problem still persists. I even tried attaching non-cymbals (Roland BT-1) and was given the exclamation point in the softwa...

Re: Input 1 not holding it's settings
The LED actually doesn’t flash. The bottom LED remains green and the top only illuminates red when I unplug the cable.Rob wrote:When plug in the 4th cymbal, count how many times the led flashes. That'll give alme a better idea of what's going on.

Re: Input 1 not holding it's settings
Update: never mind. The first input is only triggering edge again. It works for a bit and then reverts to a broken configuration. I’m testing with a different cymbal and and the official Roland TRS cable it shipped with. The box works with 3 Roland ride cymbals. But once I add the 4th the configurat...

Re: Input 1 not holding it's settings
Thanks for the replies! I think I may have solved the problem by rearranging the order of my cables (all stereo trs cables). It was strange, the first input would always fail regardless of cable I used, but when I switched the cables on the other inputs, that were already working, it removed the com...

Input 1 not holding it's settings
Hello, I'm having an issue with the first input changing settings without touching anything. When I first plug the cymbal in it has a compatibility warning explanation point. But when I click on the input the explanation mark goes away. This happens regardless of what cymbal I attach. After the expl...
