Hi mates, I just discovered this amazing device from Germany, Dresden. And since these guys are also a small company ... Not a one man show, like Audiofront, but still ... I thought I will share this. There are already a few YT videos. Here is a short review. https://youtu.be/adGAqdTeuOw?si=VkGk3ctd...

Re: no shipping to Germany
I am curious, how many eDRUMins we have in Germany ...
I have four of theses fantastic devices - 4+4+10+8. The eDRUMin8 still got 6 free inputs. I have to collect more pads.
I don't know it any more, but I guess, I bought the 2nd eDRUMin4 right before the eDRUMin10 was released.

Re: Input sensitivity eDRUMin hardware
Hi Rob, I just got my eDRUMin8. Just... You printend the invoice on April 14th. One week for german customs. Damn! I definitely needed 3 more inputs. Now - I got 8. :-) So, you say the only difference in "performance" or "features" between ED4 and ED4R2 ED8 etc. is the higher inp...

Re: Dampening of mesh head kick pads
Hi! I recently tried to put a rubber glove filled with bird sand into the kick pad, behind the mesh where the beaters hit the head. Works great. A bit to much actually. I think a small fabric or plastic bag would be ok. And maybe not sand but rice etc. (damn, these thing come to my mind: rice, semol...

Re: Are These The Right y-Splitters For Lemon 3 -Zone Ride
Hi, you gave no details, so nobody can help... I use 15" Lemon, connected it to two ADJACENT inputs following the manual and works without any issues. Regarding the splitter from the link - it won't work. If you want to convert two Lemon outputs (Roland style) to one Yamaha style, you need som...

Re: eDrumin 10 Availability in Europe??
Yap, me too. Germany. eDRUMin8. About 60€ Maybe, I have a eDRUMin4 available for sale now. For those who are interested, I am in France, I bought an Edrum in 4 and 8 without problem, however be careful I just bought an Edrum in 10 and I had 68 euros in customs fees. That's the game..... On the other...

Re: Alesis pads too hot?
Hi Rob, so, what do you use to set this. Just a synth plugin? Because I recognized that every library has it's own distribution of velocity layers. At least through my ears. So we need a velocity neutral sound source. Some snares feel completely fine, right out of the box and some are off. Snare edg...

Dampening of mesh head kick pads
Hi dudes! I recently got 2x Roland KD-7. That feels way better, than these bouncy kickpads. I had a ATV 13". Still 100% not perfect. And I needed 2 new kick pedals. Then was thinking of using a sandbag in the mesh head kick pad. I feel like the foam makes it more bouncy, somehow. But then these...

Re: Alesis pads too hot?
Hi, did you try the 10k Ohms resistor? I got this device from Rob years ago for the Jobeky snare and the eDRUMin4 R1 I recently used a 10k / 10k voltage divider for the kick pedal triggers. Fixed! Did you check the cable. Your velocity setting in the software is... No! If it is such a wired behavior...

Re: Noisy pedal input with Roland FD-8
Hi Rob, it's not a cabling issue. Is a too much cabling issue. I somehow suspected that and I unplugged some USB jacks and stuff. It seems to be a - kind of - ground loop through the USB2MIDI connection of the FCB1010 or the FTDI2USB connection of the USB2DMX interface and the 230V connection...
