I use a a red, smooth and shiny 3d printed reflector. Also had a white one at one point. Didn't notice any difference really. The trim pot is supposed to set the switch sensitivity.

Use an edge membrane. It's well worth it. I also have a new method for additional damping. I'll post a picture later. Mine work great.

I use a bell piezo with great separation via edrummin settings.

I have only used one and that is SD3. I do find it superior though.

I use them on all mine. Well except one still has myrks on it. I have the goedrum membrane just haven't gotten around to switching it out. I find them far superior. Twice as much coverage. More sensitive. And easier to wire. Although they are significantly more pricey.

Ok. I'll try that. For now it works fine in sensor mode with some cross talk applied. I'll never probably be doing crossticls and snare hits at the same time anyhow.

The BT-1 is attached to my snare rim for x-stick only. I use the snare for head, rim only and rimshots. I have the bt-1 set to talk mode but when it hit the rim of the snare it triggers the bt-1.
