Re: Center mounted vs 3 cone Snare?
In fact I managed to fix this but I'm still struggling to get positional sensing to work properly. When I set up Edge to trigger accurately, nothing I do to the other two dials can get the other positions to trigger reliably (using SD3). I've been trying to follow the manual but going jn circles a b...

Re: Center mounted vs 3 cone Snare?
I only have two commercially available 3 cone pads (ATV AD-S13, and Roland PDA-120LS) which I used to develop the positional sensing for 3-cone mesh pads. Positional sensing is not as good as with a center mounted sensor, but you can can get center and off-center working extremely well, and there's...

Re: HH drop clutch simulation
Just assign a fixed HH position midi note to a second bank. Then, it bypasses the CC messages. In any way, once you activate the drop clutch, you don't use the HH pedal anymore, but are on the second kick drum pedal, right? Sorry to re-activate an old thread but would you or someone else be able to...

Re: ATV aD-H14 Hihats
I managed to get it sorted it in the end although not entirely sure what I'd been doing wrong but working perfectlly now anyway and nice to have full size hats at last. Just need to find the best thing to dampen them down a bit now!

Re: Lag on one of my two edrumin 8s
And the last part of the mystery is that the Drum-Tec Trigger Tube is not (electronically) designed the same at the Roland BT-1, and is therefore not compatible with the BT-1 pad type (as least not in xTalk Mode). You should probably set its 'Input Mode' to 'mono'. https://www.audiofront.net/eDRUMi...

ATV aD-H14 Hihats
Just got these and having a bit of trouble getting the pedal calibrated on it. Can anyone share any advice on how to set it up as it doesn't seem to be detecting open and closed settings. I've tried calibrating it a few times to no avail. Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: Lag on one of my two edrumin 8s
Looks like there must be a bug in there where the device can try access invalid memory. I'll take a look next week. So regarding this one, what happened just now was, the Drum Tec bar (pseudo BT-3) had reset itself somehow to being a snare. When I changed it back to being a BT-3 and assigned it as ...
