I need a new USB cable for my Quattro, the old black one. I don't have my transaction ID and I don't know how to contact anyone. Please advise.

Thanks, it was the cable.

This is an oldie black unit. When I connect to my macbook, everything is fine. If I move the Quattro, it disconnects. I can pull the usb from the computer and reconnect it and it works again, til I move it again. If it moves on a gig, I'm dead.
