Positional Sensing work with Roland PDX-12 Snare?

No, PDX-12 has a side mounted trigger. eDRUMin requires a single center mounted trigger. Something like a PDX-100, PD-125 or PD-128.

yes the Roland PD105 is center triggered and works with positional sensing.
