Hi everyone,
I picked up a Vh12 hihat from a guy online I went to calibrate it and nothing happens.. so I took it off and pushed the plunger down by hand and still nothing did I get screwed?
I read they are tricky to set up and you have to set the sense to off. and select polarity to reland .. which I did .. how can I test this?
VH12 Did I get screwed?
Re: VH12 Did I get screwed?
There should be a vh-12 preset that was added in version 1.6.
Re: VH12 Did I get screwed?
I went to guitarcenter and tested it on a td17 ( although it was not a good compatibility for the vh12 it did move the calibration line when I pushed the plunger down) line down moved up and down showing the sensor is functioning)
so the question is why does my vh12 not do that with the ED10?

Re: VH12 Did I get screwed?
Please can someone help me.
1) I start the edrummin software(Version 16 build9)
2) I plug in the stereo (Also tried mono cable) patchcable to the vh12 on the controller side
3) I plug the other end to the font of the ed10(the side with power button) (tried port 1 and port 2)
4) in the edrummin software I go to the preset mgr. and select the vh12 preset
5) I click the calibrate button and the red indicator does not move when the sensor is pushed down it stays to the right
6) I took the vh12 to guitar center and tested it on their module and the calibrate lines were moving as they should so my sensor is functioning properly

I'll take a look and see if something is up.
Re: VH12 Did I get screwed?
I want to confirm that your device is using the correct firmware. Can you send me a screenshot of your firmware section in the eDRUMin Control Application?
