Digital signature is invalid

hi Rob,I use El capitan OSX(i need it for my hardware) and i could not open 1.3 or 1.4 edrumin software control(it said "Digital signature is invalid")
on my Imac. It let me open 1.2.Is there a significant difference between 1.2 certificate and 1.3,1.4?
Is there a fix for my problem?Regards,paul.

A lot of significant improvements have happened since 1.2, so you really want to be running 1.4. I'm aware of the issue installing on older versions of macOS, and I should be able to get around it, but I need to downgrade from Big Sur unfortunately. I'm going to do a very thorough backup of my systems this week and then I'll attempt the downgrade. If everything goes smoothly, you should be able to install on versions as old macOS 10.7 by the end of this week.
