Agree - if there is no signal, then looks like the cymbal is broken/partially working. I’ve had these cymbals for some time, but I went back to guitar for a while. I am just a hobbyist, so I’m disappointed all 3 cymbals are only partially working. I thought Roland cymbals would be a lot more durable. (Roland mesh heads are fantastic!)
What is your experience with Lemon and Jobeky cymbals? Any compatibility issues?
Thanks again for all your help!

Re: Roland CY-13RC and CY-12C cymbals
Imho Lemon cymbals don't have enough mass, and don't vibrate consistently. I much prefer my Roland cymbals. I've had them for years and they still work and trigger perfectly.
I also don't have good experience with metal cymbals. They have a very pronounced hot spot over the sensor. Again, that's just my opinion.
You can try turning input from stereo to mono and then see if edge sense can work reliably enough on your CY-12.
