Two zone snare piezo rim

Hey, when I hit the rim it triggers a crash cymbal noise even though I have it set to stereo and am not using a splitter. The snare triggers nicely when head is hit.

What firmware version are you running? There's a crosstalk problem with version 1.2 but should be resolved in 1.3

I updated the firmware on all of them this morning before posting. I'm having the same problem with hi hat closing triggering crash noise too 50% of the time.

The hi hat is set to hi hat and snare to snare within eDRUMin software.

And in the VST?

They often list a bunch of notes for the same articulation.

When I set up a new kit, I usually clean up all the extra notes per pad so I have no MIDI notes issues.

Are your crash and snare connected to the same ED4?

No, I have all the cymbals connected to one module and the snare is connected to the same one as three toms.

It's all on separate stands on top of a rug so no vibrations passing through either.

Are you monitoring using headphones or a loudspeaker?

I'm starting to agree with perceval. Sounds like a note assignment problem.
