Question About Various Pad Settings.

Hello Rob/Community,
Although I just made some guesses that seem to be working pretty decent, I was wondering if I could receive some direction/info concerning the “pad type” I should select for a few different triggers.
1. Acoustic Style Kick Drum(like a Drum-tec Diablo).. Would this just be a “side sensor mesh”? Since the piezo is located towards the top rim of the kick head. And would it be best to have this selected as a mono input, or does that not really matter?
2/3.PDA100/120L-BK… or something like that. The baseline of my set was a Roland VAD306, and I don’t know how well known this is, but it seems like Roland has decided to go with a new trigger approach.
For the small 10in Tom, the head sensor is near the top rim and is using a cylinder foam piece(Im sure it doesn’t matter. I know its probably a no brainer to just choose Side Mesh Pad… But it seems like choosing the center Mesh Pad almost triggers better.
Now for the 12in Tom… This is using a trigger system of 3 head sensors that form close to an equilateral triangle around the mid area of the pad, and are all using a cone style foam. What pad setting do you recommend I go with here? Ive been mostly using the Center Mesh pad type and even POS seems to be picking up the location of hits accurately… just as accurate as my drum-tec snare is analyzed.
Seeing as these 3 pads have given me the most difficulty with achieving a consistent, comfortable playing experience, I thought maybe I could seek some advice.
Thank you,
-Kalin
