If you attach a screenshot I can take a quick look.

In case you missed it, I'll share this explanation from the beta thread that seem to help others get their rim shots and sidesticks dialled in:

AND a sidestick range. Which is not always on the same liner left to right scale. It needs 2 measures to determine when to trigger the Side Stick and Rim Shot.

A left to right 'which sensor is picking it up more' measurement which tells the software when it's not a Snare Head hit (i.e. a white line to the right of the yellow(ish) block)

and then splits this middle area using a 'well how loud was it?' measurement to see if it's a Rim Shot (Green) or Side Stick (Black)

and then there's another 'well that's definitely not a head trigger hit, so it must be a Side Stick, even if it was loud' area to the right of that

So, a left to right control does allow for Snare Head, Rim Shot, and Side Stick areas like you've suggested, BUT, some quieter Side Stick hits are often in the Rim Shot range, so they're set by pulling up the line to allow a black (SS) quieter area under the green (RS).

Still would love to see a screenshot...

If you think a bug in the calibration might have messed things up, then I suggest power cycling the device.

Some some questions:
1. Is the input set to 'stereo'?

2. When you hit the rim of your pad, does the right right side of the VU meter move?

3. What do your rimshot range control and scalers look like?

Again, I encourage you to attach a screenshot of your settings so that I can help you efficiently.

Ya, your rimshot range control is out to lunch. Can you try to make look more like it does in the pic I sent you?

Also, might be a good idea to watch the video that describes how the control works:

Hmm... Now that look a little more closely, I'm not seeing a transient for your rim piezo. Perhaps you were hitting the head of the pad before you made that screenshot or perhaps DIY wiring issue?

I calibrated hitting every part of the head using the area above the head last to try and get everything even.

It was working nicely originally.
